As a break from our usual HDTV ramblings we’ve decide to share our latest income generating discover (a man’s gotta eat afterall). Everyone wants passive income on auto-pilot. That term is bandied about on the internet like nobody’s business but in reality there is often no such thing as ‘auto-pilot’. At best you’re going to have to put in a bit of effort upfront before you can ease of somewhat and let the income roll (or trickle) in whilst still keeping a watchful eye on proceedings.

This latest passive income scheme we’ve discovered offers you the chance to make $6 (£3) per page from your blog upto a maximum of 5 pages. This adds upto $30 per blog upto a maximum of 5 blogs giving you a monthly income of $150 . For those of you making millions (yeah right) from your blog this will be pigeon change but for the rest of is who earn a pitence from Adsense and Project Wonderful it’s a nice bit of cash for displaying ads (i’m thinking of removing the project wonderful stuff. Doesn’t being as much traffic as it used to).

This is as close to true passive income as i’ve found on the net so far and in the ‘$5 a day’ method of internet success, it’s pretty good.

Ok so this is HDTV Reviews first competition of sorts … except that it’s not really a competition. I’m sure you’ve all seen the upteen competitions for entrecard credits and done the requirements but not won. I got this idea from another blogger and decided you know what, I’m just going to give them away and see what happens. No ‘random winner’ they’re yours for the taking. In the recent weeks i’ve become more involved in the blogosphere mainly due to Entrecard and the way it necessitates visiting other blogs in order to drop your calling card. I’ve decided to spread some love and share with you cool blogs that i’ve discovered along the way and some of the nicer webmasters. Hopefully this will become a regular feature in the month’s to come.

First off is JoeTech.com. This is a really good tech site and blogging site in general. The layout and design are excellent and his blogging brand is very identifiable. He runs some nice competitions which has given me the idea of running one myself to give away a HDTV at some point (stay tuned for that one folks it’s going to be big…) but in the meantime i’m going to organise some smaller competitions of my own….

Techieportal.com is another cool site. Lots of useful apps and information that makes life easier and can help you automate stuff to do with running your blog and being online in general. The ping list is a new one I’m trying out - Thanks Alfred!

USAgadgets gets a mention simply for bringing the selfdestruct button to my attention. It woul be great to have on those days when your PC is really playing up…

A site I like for it’s clean design and wide subject matter is technicallyeasy.net. Paul has written an excellent report on Entrecard (I’ve also expressed my Entrecard thoughts) so all you Entrecard droppers should check it out.

Speaking of EntreCard… I came accross this competition by affiliatelounge which definately sparked my interest. 500 free EC credits is too good to pass up! Check out affiliate lounge for some more great ideas.
